RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Hunt & Hall, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your purchase is not quite right, please review the policy below carefully.

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Returns Window

  • Returns must be requested and sent within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns received outside this timeframe will not be accepted

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags, packaging, garment bags, and accessories intact

  • Free from marks, odours (including perfume), makeup, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a reduced refund where items are returned in an unsaleable condition.

Tracked Returns (Mandatory)

All returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service.

  • Returns sent without tracking are at the customer’s risk

  • We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are not received

  • Proof of postage and tracking must be retained by the customer

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by Hunt & Hall.

Exchanges (UK Orders)

  • We are pleased to offer FREE UK EXCHANGE SHIPPING

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If your preferred exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Please contact us before returning an item for an exchange where possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt and approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed faulty

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes

  • Parcels must be clearly marked “Returned Goods”

  • Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photographs

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Worn items

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

Responsibility & Risk

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by Hunt & Hall.
We strongly recommend using a reputable tracked courier service.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Returns not sent in accordance with this policy, including the requirement for tracked postage, may invalidate refund eligibility.

Where a chargeback is raised, this policy will be relied upon and supporting evidence provided to payment providers.
