However, we understand that occasionally something may not be quite right. The information below explains our returns and exchanges process clearly and transparently, outlining your rights and our responsibilities.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms set out below.

Returns Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested and dispatched within 14 days of delivery

  • Items returned outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer free UK exchange shipping where stock is available. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us before returning your order so we can confirm availability and assist you.

Exchanges are subject to stock levels at the time your return is received and processed.

Returns Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Hunt & Hall cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with details and supporting images. We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps in line with your consumer rights.
