These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hunt & Hall website and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The payment method used belongs to you and has sufficient funds
4. Products & Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate.
Please note:
Colours may vary due to screen settings
Measurements are approximate
Minor variations in colour, texture, fit, or finish may occur due to the nature of garment production
These do not constitute faults.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
Prices include VAT where applicable
Delivery charges are shown at checkout
Payment is taken in full at the time of order
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to reconfirm at the correct price.
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
6. Order Acceptance
An order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A legally binding contract is formed only when:
Payment has been successfully authorised, and
You receive an order confirmation email
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the courier
Orders confirmed as delivered (including GPS confirmation where available) are deemed successfully delivered
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Failure to follow the published policies may invalidate refund or exchange eligibility.
9. Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, subject to compliance with our Returns Policy.
10. Faulty Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree that:
Chargebacks raised for items confirmed as delivered will be formally disputed
Failure to comply with our published policies may invalidate claims
Evidence including courier confirmation, tracking data, GPS records, and correspondence may be provided to payment providers
Abuse of chargeback systems may result in account restriction.
